I highly recommend the Omaha Insurance Solutions Agency for your Medicare needs. When I scheduled my appointment to come into the office and speak with Chris, I had no idea of the education he provided me, making sure I understood my options as well as Chris understanding my needs. Medicare can certainly be confusing, but Chris took the time to efficiently answer my questions and explain the various benefits and costs. Anna and Hollie are a joy to work with as well. They have always promptly returned a call while providing exceptionally professional friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Omaha Insurance Solutions because it's time for me to sign up for Medicare Insurance and any supplemental plans. Chris and Anna turned what I thought would be a daunting process into something very easy to understand and navigate through. I appreciated their patience and consideration of my specific insurance needs when it came to choosing which plans I would use. Their customer service is exceptional! I love how they integrated modern technology (via large on-screen charts and pictures that helped explain the various products) with just simple conversation and a cup of coffee! I felt like they gave me all the time in the world to ask the questions I needed to in order to make my decision....And this was all done in a professional and yet very comfortable office environment. And now- The sale is done --I've made my final choices and Anna and Chris are still readily available and easy to reach should I have any questions. I am soo glad I followed the advice of a friend and went to Omaha Insurance Solutions. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a good Medicare Insurance Company!

I contacted Omaha Insurance Solutions for the first time in November 2024 to assist me and my husband in determining whether or not our active Medicare plans were the best match for our needs and budget. We were able to get an appointment with Chris quickly , and after careful review and analysis ,we were able to select new plans that were a better fit for us. Chris and his staff have been very supportive and attentive. They submitted our plan selections to Medicare timely and we had our membership cards before the first of the year. Since that time they have followed-up with calls to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with our plan choices. Chris and his team have been very easy to work with through the whole Medicare process. He helped my husband and I find the Medicare supplement and medication plan that best met our needs. He was very good at explaining everything on the two individual meetings we had before signing up for our plans. The team members have been easy to reach by phone to answer any questions we have had and we have also received phone calls to check on us and make sure that everything is going well with our plans we chose. We met with Chris at Omaha Insurance Solutions to make the transition to Medicare, and my husband and I were both anxious going into the process, but it really was easy working with Chris. He is efficient and funny and easy to relate to and understand. Medicare was something I did not understand or know I knew there were deadlines but did not realize how important they are. Chris made great efforts to educate me and to get me on track. P.S.
